  • How do I order?

    Simply order online and provide us with a PDF of your BREEAM certificate. We'll send you an artwork proof for your approval prior to shipping.

  • Can I place a rush order?

    Yes. For rush orders, please call us at 434.244.3447 or fill in our contact form. We'll get back to you within 1 business day. Rush fees apply.

  • Can I customize the plaque with my logo or other information?

    At this time, the plaque cannot be customized. All information on the plaque comes from the certificate details that are provided during the order process.

  • How do I pay?

    We accept most major credit cards. For purchase orders, please call us at 434.244.3447 or fill in our contact form.

  • What is the lead time?

    Our standard lead time is 3 weeks from the time that you have approved your artwork proof(s).

  • What is your refund policy?

    We guarantee our work. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a replacement or refund.

Delivery

  • How will my order be delivered?

    We ship UPS Ground from Richmond, Virginia. Please note that UPS does not deliver to post offices so we require a street address.

  • Is this a carbon neutral shipment?

    Yes, we contract with UPS to provide carbon neutral shipping for all package and freight shipments.

  • What is your return policy?

    If you need to return a product to us, please contact us for an RMA number prior to shipping.
